Process evaluation

The ongoing work on the project includes a variety of measures to insure quality. These activities include:Evaluation

An institution assigned for this task will conduct a systematic and continuous evaluation. The ITB (“Institute for Education and Work Technology” at the “University of Bremen”) checks if the project work progress runs according to the work plan and to identifies the reasons for delays. The evaluator is also asked to come up with suggestions to increase effectiveness and efficiency. He will reflect the quality of the project’s results with the other partners in relation to its objectives. The results of the evaluation will be integrated immediately in the ongoing work of the project.

Testing

Experts, teachers and trainers will be testing the interactive instrument in all partner countries. The instrument will be modified according to the test results. The partners will reconstruct the new version before designing a final version. The ITB will participate in this process.

Internal section on homepage

There will be a special section on the projects homepage with access only for the partner institutions where documents, reports, work in process and other texts are filed according to a common pattern and a layout of documents.

QM-Handbook

The ITB will provide a Quality Management-Handbook in which all information and agreements are collected. This concerns agreements on the above mentioned internal section of the homepage, the layout of documents, information on project monitoring as well as other information agreements. The QM-Handbook will be available for all partners and put into the internal section of the Internet.
